los patrones responsables comienzan a realizar los pagos correspondientes para poder hacer frente a las obligaciones que se tienen al final de este a\u00f1o y al inicio del pr\u00f3ximo.<\/p>\n<p>Cenas familiares, refrendos vehiculares, pagos de impuestos y dem\u00e1s contribuciones es en lo que la mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3micamente activa destina gran parte de sus ingresos de diciembre.<\/p>\n<p>Empero, lo importante de este art\u00edculo son las prestaciones adicionales m\u00ednimas a las cuales tienen derecho los empleados, de acuerdo con la Ley Federal del Trabajo.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2768 aligncenter\" salario, tenemos derecho a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>vacaciones<\/strong><\/span> pagadas, las cuales, al cumplir m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de servicios se otorgar\u00e1 un periodo m\u00ednimo de doce d\u00edas, mismos que aumentar\u00e1n en dos d\u00edas laborables, hasta llegar a veinte, por cada a\u00f1o de servicios (art. 76).<\/p>\n<p>Aunado a estas vacaciones, se otorgar\u00e1 una <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>prima vacacional<\/strong><\/span> m\u00ednima del 25% sobre los salarios correspondientes al periodo de vacaciones (art. 80).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2771 aligncenter\" deben de conceder dentro de los seis meses siguientes al cumplimiento del a\u00f1o de servicios (art. 81).<\/p>\n<p>Y muy importante es, el <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">aguinaldo<\/span><\/strong> anual que deber\u00e1 pagarse antes del d\u00eda veinte de diciembre, el cual ser\u00e1, por lo menos, de quince d\u00edas de salario, teniendo derecho a una parte proporcional los que no hayan cumplido el a\u00f1o de servicios (art. 87).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2632 aligncenter\" contempladas en la Ley Federal del Trabajo, sin embargo, dependiendo de tu contrato individual o colectivo de trabajo, puedes tener otras adicionales, o bien, estas que mencion\u00e9 pueden ser de
